Flashing Repair and Reattaching it Back to the wall

Excuse my ignorance but what is the best way to re-secure my flashing back to the wall?

You need to push the lead back into the raggle (line in the brick for the lead to sit) and use something to wedge it in and hold it in place. That is why it came out in the first place.
