Hi and help, I`m fitting a flat roof on to my daughters new extension using the cold roof system with kingspan between the joists.
The problem i have is to keep an air flow above the insulation i need the name of a product i can buy for the vent escape against the wall.
Another factor is that the rafters fix to a wall plate so the nearest this product can fix to is 50mm from the wall.
help will be appreciated.

I am doing a very similare project, need to insulate a garage roof
which ajoins the house and joists run back to the house .
Would like to use a cold roof system, but need some way of
venting the airgap where roof meets house.
Did you find a product?
