friedland transformer in a consumer unit

When fitting a bell transformer on a DIN rail of a consumer unit ho :D w should I attach power to it shall I run power from say the adjacent lighting circuit fuse or what?

Work on a consumer unit is covered by part P of the building regs, please make sure you comply. This is a legal requirement.
