Grout Marker Pens for Filling Small Gaps in Bathroom Floor Tiles?

Hi
On my bathroom floor there are now two short gaps (1 cm) in the tiles grout. What would be the best way to refill them? Are Grout Marker Pens just to cover moldy and drappy areas or could they refill minor gaps?
