halogene spots in bathroom

I am insatlling spots in a bathroom into a false ceiling.
My question is, is there a regulation gap required in the void above the light

Indeed he will know, but as we all know electricans charge a lot of money so i am doing most of the ground work myself.
Still need the answer though

see info sheet with lights as manufacturers usually specify as no other standards apart from common sense apply.
