I am feeding the outputs of two camcorders in standby mode through a hdmi switcher unit to a projector. When changing from one cam to the other, the image flickers, the projector default screen appears for half a second, and then the second cam kicks in. This doesn't look good. What can be done to achieve a smooth switchover?
