Hi, I’m having issues with my conventional boiler not firing up when my Thermostat receiver calls for heat. My boiler fires up perfectly fine for heating the hot water tank but never for heating. I have a hive dual thermostat and receiver which controls both and this looks to be working fine too (light turn on when calling for either water or heat). I can get the heating to turn on if I call for heat while the hot water is on but never on its own. Does anybody know what this may be? The boiler is a glow worm 15l. Thanks in advance
Hi holding15473, Is this a new problem or has the system always been like this. If it's a new one have a look at the motorised valve(s) and make sure it/they are operating correctly. Regards S
