My neighbour next door is having a damp proof course put in and has has drilled right through my wall and also the tanking as well as the skirting board, he also said that damp proofing does not work and told my tenant that my flat will get damp which will get worse.
We also had problems with the amount of rubble which he just chucked outside of my flat which blocked up the drains and there was rubble everywhere. The strange thing is that he has lots of good reviews but I cannot equate these reviews with way he behaves.
I am at a loss to know what to do. He said he would repair it, but that is all a nuisance and he says that it normal. I can hardly believe that.
