I am looking to knock down my current conservatory and build an extension. I don’t know how best to do this. Ideally I’d like a large family room but this would require a lot more building work ( I think ) There is space to extend right across the back of the house. It would open up onto the garden (which is north facing and would need a lot of light). We use the conservatory as a playroom at the moment. I’d like- A large kitchen with an island A dining area An area for my son to have his toys in the family area
Hi papi3006 Assuming your proposed extension would work out 10m x 3m you are looking at a cost of around £60k this varying depending on design and where you live. Certainly not cheap. Regards S
