Help With Soundproof 3.5m x 3.0m Log Cabin

by djbuzz07 » Fri Apr 07, 2017 1:51 pm

I recently purchased a log cabin to use as an office / man pad at the end of my garden.

This is the cabin:

It's 3.5m X 3.0 with 40mm thick walls, I want to listen to music / game without headphones although the sound leaks outside remarkable easily, even at quite a low volume.

I opted for 18mm tongue and groove floorboards, a thick underlay and carpet on the floor and did get the 25mm Celotex roof insulation, the sounds seem to leak from the walls, any idea what cheap and quick options could reduce the leaks?

Thanks,
