HIB Cyclone Shower Light/Fan

by Ady1966 » Sat Jan 30, 2021 9:02 pm

Hi, this is my first post - can anyone help?!!!
I've bought a HIB Cyclone Shower fan with light and there are no specific instructions of how to fit the light into the ceiling. The one I am replacing had a removeable fascia with screw holes in the housing that go into the ceiling - simple!
However this Hib light has a fascia moulded to the housing. The instructions say:
"Hold the vent fascia against the ceiling and mark the position of the fixing holes. Fix the unit in place using suitable heavy duty plasterboard fixings (not supplied)."
My question is: What fixing holes???!!!! There are none to be seen!!

This was supposed to be a straight forward weekend job which will have to wait until I try and contact Hib on Monday - unless someone out there can kindly advise?
Cheers
Ady

Hi ady1966
The chrome bezel should be removed to expose the fixing holes.
