Soooo..... I’m a noob so please be patient. Bought myself a hive active heating. The one with the warm water control though in all honesty I am not sure I needed that part.
I isolated the old receiver (that might not be the name, the thing that connects to the boiler) I had 4 wires in front of me. 2 pairs of blue and brown.
The live and Neutral from the mains I’ve put where they should be. And the blue and the brown from the boiler are in slot 1and 3.
The boiler is on, the heating is on and the water is hot.
So what’s my problem?!?
Nothing seems to be any different. If I turn the heating off or push the buttons in the receiver or do anything on the thermostat (deffo connected) it doesn’t seem to do anything different or affect my boiler in any way.
Any idea what I did wrong?
