This concrete area is at the rear of our little house, we sit out there and use for car as no garage. It's a bit of a mess as you can see, cracked and uneven. It's at the limit for damp course so can't go higher, also don't have a big budget. Was hoping to clean, repair cracks, even up a couple of slightly uneven areas (approx 1m2 each) and then paint the lot with a suitable coating. Any advice would be very welcome if DIY or anyone local to South Lanarkshire area that's interested in pricing. Thanks.

Hi spak
Very doubtful that you would be able to make an effective renovation without an increase in levels. Cheapest option would be to dig out the cracked area and fill with shingle.

Thanks, think I'll just live with it for now and maybe just powerwash it and coat with a suitable coating/paint. It's an old property and no idea what lies beneath!
