Hi all,

This is my fist post on this forum.

I am hoping to take on a project renovation in the near future, so I am sure I will be on this forum a lot.

The first thing that jumps out at me is the state of the roof, it needs to be cleaned as there is a big build-up of moss and debris.

I know that most people do not recommend pressure washing, but I am curious what other approaches are recommended.

I have attached a photo to illustrate the problem.

Hi campbejl,
Make a scraper to broadly match the tile cross section and scrape off the moss, then apply a moss killer but be careful which one you use because it looks like you have metal gutters.
