I have an old concrete base with shed on top and it is all crumbling. Plan is to remove crumbling concrete and lay pavers over the top some areas are a lot higher and there is a height difference of about 3 inches from shed entrance to edge of concrete
will I have to remove all concrete to a level base or can I build up using sand /cement mix
is the best way using a grinder or chipping away with sledge hammer
Not sure if you can get away with laying over top, will leave that reply to others, but if you do need to remove concrete get a sds rotary hammer drill. I used mine they will brake up concrete easy. Can be got from argos for around £50.
