Hi all, I’m considering installing a smart lock on my front door at home, but am looking at a couple of issues. I need to be able to remove the thumb turn knob, but can’t figure out how to. Looks like it’s held in with some kind of pin (image attached) but there’s no obvious way to get the pin out (there’s no hole on the opposite side). Any ideas?
Also the plate doesn’t seem to want to come off, even with the screws removed. Is there some other way this could be fixed or could it be glued? Thanks in advance.
