SET MULTIMETER TO OMHS SCALE AND TOUCH PROBES OF LEADS TOGETHER, U SHOULD GET A DEFLECTION OF THE NEEDLE
OR THE DIGITAL OHMS SCALE GOING 2 ZERO.
WITH POWER ISOLATED AT MAINSWITCH OF BOARD , U WOULD
TEST CABLE AT LIGHTING POINT LOOKING 4 A DEFLECTION OF NEEDLE
OR ZERO OMHS WHEN LIGHT SWITCH IS OPERATED. THE TEST COULD THEN B DONE USING CPC ( EARTH ) TO IDENTIFY A SWITCH WIRE IF TWIN RED. ( BEARING IN MIND SWITCH CABLE COULD B RED AND BLACK )
