Never heard of that make or model of boiler.

What type of boiler is it ? a combi, back boiler etc
Do you have a tank/cylinder ?

DHW switch / diverter valve fault. Would be best getting a heating engineer in to repair.

If you are competent, as you are not breaking any gas supllies, removing and combustion seals etc you could attempt this yourself.

Read your boiler instructions - it tells you where the diverter valve and DHW switch is, how to remove and replace etc.

Bearing in mind I only know what you've told me, for an accurate diagnosis, get a heating engineer to take a look.

Hope this helps
