Indian Stone Nightmare and Yellow and Orange Staining

Post by stuandlaura8385 » Mon Apr 23, 2018 8:10 pm

Please could someone give us some professional advice on our patio nightmare? Last March we had artificial grass in our garden. Once this had been laid we started to get small amounts of yellow/orange coming out of the retaining sleeper wall. This got dramatically worse over the winter months. We called our gardener who did the job and he said he hadn’t seen anything like it in 16 years. After a few days he phoned me back to say he had made some enquiries on a forum and had been told it was the base colour of the artificial grass coming out. He later says this isn’t the case and said it’s possibly a burst pipe. Yet a house around the corner who he also did has the exact same problem but from block paving rather than artificial grass. He has applied Lithofin Bero which hasn’t shifted it at all. Could anyone give us any idea of the cause and make and suggestions on how to remove it? Thanks in advance.
