Hi
I am a complete novice to diy and wish to insulate my concrete sectional garage to use as a gym.im planning to put in some stud work on the walls then fill with rockwool followed by a vapour barrier and plywood over that. Unfortunately it is an asbestos mix roof which I can't replace as my neighbours garage shares the same roof. Could somebody advise the best solution for insulating the roof.
