Insulation wallpaper

Postby manxlad » Tue Feb 05, 2008 11:25 am

Hi all,

I have an old solid stone house and am trying to avoid hypothermia!

I have replaced the ceiling and partition wall in my bedroom and insulated both with Kingspan. However, I have seen on a number of sites people talking about an insulation wallpaper. About 10mm thick latex with a hard surface to decorate on top.

It's supposed to be ideal for insulating outside walls, without the need / expense of boarding out.

It's mentioned on lots of sites (mostly energy saving and environmental) but no mention of where you can actually buy the stuff!

Has anybody seen this for sale anywhere?

A couple of brand names I came across were Climapor and Sempatap

Thanks for your help :)
