I have an electrolux integrated frost free fridge freezer, recently the audible alarm has started going off at different times, sometimes in the middle of the night and wakes the house. I put in a thermometer and the temp has been fluctuating from -18 to -6 in the freezer and from 4 to 6 in the fridge. Sometimes i have a build up of frost on the back wall of the fridge. The door seals look ok?? Would it be worth my while changing the thermistor or do people think the problem is totally different or does my appliance need to be replaced. It is about 6 years old.
