Hi guys.
I live in a HMO property, with a fairly hands-off landlord. (I'm a tenant). There are several internal fire doors that are forever slamming shut, one door however does not.
All the doors are the same, the device is shown below:

It is called "Arrone".
Not sure if I can narrow it down any further. Can anyone advise please
