Is a drain recommended in a mechanical room in rhode island

by mnelsonri » Sat Jan 24, 2009 2:37 pm

I am building an addition on my house and installing a geothermal heating system. The heat pump/echange will be installed in a new mechanical room in the basement of the addition. Is a drain required is a mechanical room where the heat pump resides?
