How do I remove this isolating valve? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming you mean the clamp-on valve (for a washing machine or outside tap) turn all water off and use a pipeslice to cut above and below the valve. Then follow the instructions on this page https://www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects/re ... t_pipe.htm for repairing a burst pipe. Even if you undo the clamp-on valve you will have a secion of pipe missing or a hole created by the valve so cutting the pipe has to be done anyway. Much quicker to do it right from the start.
Good luck and let us know how you get on. Click here ifyou need to buy a pipe slice https://www.diydoctor.org.uk/DIY-superst ... -22mm.html
