Hi
I have a Jika toilet with a press button flush on top. Water is continuously running. First question: how do I get the top off the cistern? It will not lift off, and I cannot really see how it is fixed. Don't want to scratch/damage it trying.

Yes, my DIY level is that low!.

Remove the push buttons by gently prising them out This should reveal the fixing screw which when removed will allow the lid to be removed.
