Hi

I want to raise a section of kitchen floor 3x3msq to be level with the existing floor.The rasied level will be 10cms
The new floor extension will house thre fridge,dish washer,oven and kitchen units.
How can i work out the amount of joists required for the weight bearing load
The kitchen is at ground floor level.
