My flat roof is leaking, it leaked 2 years ago and I used flashband and it worked.
Now my roof is leaking again from a different area, I have a sheet over it, but hasn't worked, well it's slowed it down. I cannot use the flashband as it can only be applied when dry, what I can use as a temp while it's wet?
