Hi, we had a flash flood last week and the next morning I noticed a pool of water on our conservatory tiles, I have run the hose over all the seams and the apex point but no drips, do you think it could have come up through the tiles in some way? also the water was crystal clear, if it came in through the tiles would the water be discoloured ? It's a mystery to me, if I can find out where it came from I can get it seen to whilst it's still under warranty any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated
