I'm after some help, if anyone can give me dome advice please. Drain cock under basin in my downstairs cloakroom has suddenly started leaking. I'm afraid I'm not much of a plumber and would be grateful for some help. I can't see how to disassemble the thing - the plumbing is about 20 years old. Having turned the water off and drained the taps, I find that I can completely undo the cock, but can't see any way to get inside it and see if there is a washer of some sort that I can replace. All I can do is tighten it back up and watch it continue to leak!
