I'm looking at buying a house and would appreciate some advice regarding the roof.
I don't have that much information but there is a roof tile missing. I've not had chace to look in the loft cavity but in the bedroom below some of the plaster on the ceiling has come away which I'm believe is related.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help with estimates of what the cost of repairing it would be. I know it's difficult with the limited information but if I knew roughly what the worst case scenario is then I'd be a lot more comfortable about putting any more cash/effort into the project.
