LED Bulb removal?

Good morning! Please could you tell me how to remove the LED bulb from this under cupboard housing.

For your reference, it is a GU10 lamp.
You push it up slightly and twist anti-clockwise, the lamp should then come out.
To be honest that fitting does not look that secure, I would be inclined to change the whole fitting.

Any suggestions for the replacement? There are 4 lamps run from a SENSIO SE40525.

In your previous attempts to get the lamp out, did you remove a "spring clip"

It is just that a SENSIO SE40525. is a 12v LED driver, which means the lamps are NOT GU10, but MR16.
MR16 lamps just pull out. (Often you have to use a blunt implement to assist, and in so doing the lamps often break, or the lamp holder breaks or both.)

I suggest you stick with my original suggestion, but change the LED driver too.
You may not like my taste in lighting, so it is your choice, you may even want to consider LED strip.
