My parents have just had their hallway plastered and the plasterer removed the light switch and disconnected all the wiring and im having trouble

the switch has 3 switches that turn on the lights in the hallway, upstairs landing and outside light, only problem is all the wiring is red, i have the upstairs light working fine but as for the other 2 no, how do i identify which wires go into my l1, l2 and common terminals, some of the wiring is also been used as a link to another terminal, im i best getting a spark in

probably, as even if you find out how many cables with 3 or 2 cores in it is very difficult to talk such things thro on line, should be easy for a leckie with experience of such things so not too expensive.
