Lighting not working

Hi
Hoping someone can help. I have wired a ceiling rose in the living room had problems with the wires arcing to the fitting but solved now. however this light now works as does the one at the top of the stairs, but none of the others in the house appear to work.
The ceiling rose had two black wires four red and another black wire in, wired up as previous light fitting
Have i blown the fuse ?
Any help apprieciated

Hi glad you started a new thread,
Ok numbers don't add up!
4 red = 4 blk ! you appear to be missing a blk.
this may be the neutral on to the other lights which should be in with the other blks, did it get pushed up in ceiling or worse blown out by fault?
suggest undoing rose fixing screws and lowering to see above it for 'spare ' blk. regards SPARX
