lighting problems

Could anyone please help me? - The lightiing upstairs is on in 3 rooms but not in the other 2 - I have recently had an isolator fan switch changed - could this affect the lighting in the other rooms?

If it was OK before the switch was changed then you need to get the installer back to identify and correct the problem.
