I want to do a loft conversion. There is one party wall which is of cavity concrete block and has a dual chimney built in which are lined for oil boiler and stove (mine).
Is there a way of insulating the party wall (cavity not filled currently) without getting a Party Wall Agreement? The adjacent loft is not converted. Thanks.
