Can someone tell me the Make/Manufacturer possibly model number of this timer so that I can get a programming manual for it.

I have no idea, but I would have thought that by the time you read this, you could have pressed all the buttons to figure out what they do.
Most timers are fairly easy to use, once you have figured out what the buttons do, and you can read the often tiny display.
