we are about to have a dormer loft conversion done. What is the minimum gap we should allow between the external face of dormer cheek and the centre line of party wall, so that our neighbour can do the same later on?
If our dormer cheek was 25cm from outside face of tiles to centre line, would a total gap of 50cm leave enough space for a roofer to tile and maintain the dormer cheek?
