mira go electric shower leaking from connecting valve

by fairoak1978 » Sun Dec 27, 2015 10:51 pm

Firstly hello. I'm new to this group and really appreciate any help...

My Mira go electric shower is leaking. I took the hose off but the leak is coming from the valve its connected to (obviously shower is turned off) I losing quite a bit of water now and need to get I fixed.

Everything was working fine until my boiler was serviced and my main water supply turned off and on via stopcock. Would this have caused my problem?

I have been trying to turn a valve to isolate the water to the shower but its so tight I cant budge it. It has a white handle/knob with a screw in the middle.. How can I turn it to stop the water leak on my shower, I dont want to force it and break anything...

Thank you to whoever takes their time to help me...... Is my shower leaking because of the water being turned off when my boiler was serviced??? and how can I turn this valve to isolate water. Thank you so much again!!
