I have just moved into a house that has a vaillant combi boiler and a mira shower and think the shower is an older make.
The shower was running too hot so tried unsuccessfully to adjust it as the mira site suggests and left it as it was.
but then discovered that if the boiler is set to heating and water and the thermostat in the hallway is turned down the shower will not get hot water just cold but the bathroom sink gets hot water.
so Itried turning the boiler to water only the shower still runs cold but the bathroom sink has hot water.
It looks like the shower is at fault but am not sure and I have no idea if it can be DIY fixed, and suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
