It is also important to note that before any new content is added to our forum it is moderated by our team of moderators. This process is carried 3 times a day – morning, afternoon and evening so if you do not see your question appear right away then it will do very shortly.
The same goes for any replies that are posted, these are also subject to the same moderation rules so if you receive an email notification informing you that you have received an answer and you cannot view it please check back regularly and it will appear shortly.
Although this may seem a little counter productive to run moderation we do try to ensure that any content that is posted is both safe and as useful as possible and also free of the usual spam that can be associated with forums.
