My radiator size doesn't appear to be standard, PLEASE HELP?

Postby palmejr » Tue Nov 20, 2007 10:28 pm

I want to replace my radiator in our bedroom with a new one but it seems to be an odd size 1150mm X 400mm height. I've looked everywhere for a replacement and i cant seem to find one. The pipes are all boxed in nicely so I dont want to adjust pipework, does anyone know where i can find one that will fit?

A link to a web site that can provide me with a new rad will be perfect.

Go to our projects section and look at the plumbing projects. There are many companies who "Deleted" these projects and they may well be able to source the radiator for you if you contact them.

A look on the suppliers section of this site found 390 mm high x 1149 mm long rads., by Myson, HE type, in single, double, and double convector, at 724W, 1096W, and 1394W, costing £64, £101, and £121.
Otherwise, 400 mm x 1000 mm long, jumps to 400 mm x 1200 mm long by other manufacturers.
