Hey, so i started building a home gym, not too big or fancy, but it's absolutely freezing inside. I've got 2 inch battens with 1 inch recticel insulation in between so there's a 1 inch air gap. I can't loose any more space so any advice to make things better? Maybe add superfoil but i'm not sure how that works. Can i tape the super-foil up against the concrete wall behind the battens and recticel?
