Hello- my neighbours have just erected a very unsightly plastic structure with a sliding roof which overhangs my fence about 30 cms at one point. It is about 3 meters tall- so above my roof and theirs and we live in a conservation area. It has no side walls but the plastic that holds the sliding roof panels does hang over my fence.
I have told them they need plan I g persmissio but they say not as it is just a structure. This can not be right? Can anyone point me to the right planning legislation?
