am putting new central heating in bungalow .now I can do all pipe work and fit radiators .can I put boiler on wall ready for the gas safe engineer to connect up to the gas if I leave the gas but fit all the water.

Hanging the boiler on the wall is "work on a gas fitting" according to the regulations and must be done by a Gas Safe registered person.
