My first post, I have recently purchased a house which I see as a project for the next year to modernise and sell on.

It is a dormer bungalow, the right wing of the house has been converted as it was a garage.

On the original part of the house, the loft has been converted with access to a one room via the stairs.

However the extended area - consist of a kitchen and in the kitchen there is a separate spiral stairwell to another bedroom and bathroom).

the house is fairly spacious and if I could resolve the access and remove the spiral staircase this would help, has anyone seen this before, any thoughts or recommendations how to resolve this issue please?

Hopefully I have explained it - I have attached some images to assist.

All advice would be welcomed.

Mnay thanks
