Hey guys
I bought my own place in july this year.
Its a basement flat (well kind of basement, one third is under ground level)
Everything seems fine apart from some damp thats appearing in the bedroom. I cant work it out as it seems to come and go and as you'd expect its only on the 2 outside walls.
At first i thought it was weather related but it cant be. It was bone dry the other day when it was wet and cold outside but then on another ocassion it was mild and dry outside yet it was damp inside.
This doesnt happen in any other rooms in the flat.
I have heard that you can get this foam injected into the cavity of the walls but is this possible on a basement flat with the walls going under ground level.
Any help or advise would be great.
