Hi all experts,

I am have problems with my central heating and hot water. When turning the central heating and hot water on. There is not hot water, only get slightly warm after an over. Also the radiators downstairs do not heat up at all. The radiators upstairs are a mixture of hot and warm. I think there is a problem with the 3 port actuator or the pump or both not sure. Please help.

sounds like pump isn't running, may be stuck - try adjusting speed - if still not running try tapping with a hammer. May need new pump though.

i checked the pump, opened the screw in the middle and it is spinning, afew drops of water also came out. There is only on and off on the pump, no speed settings.
