Help or advice gratefully received...
I currently have No Hot Water or Central Heating
We have an Open Vented, Fully Pumped, Direct Boiler System.
(The boiler is not the newest )
The house has been empty for a while, on return this weekend, NO HOT WATER and no CENTRAL HEATING...= one rate missus.
Checks so far.
BoilerPilot Light lit ok and stays on
Room thermostat triggers boiler ok
CH and HW Controller both on and trigger boiler activity, (But not the major Whoosh, as normal)
Boiler Temp Control Switch is ok and set to high
Water Pump is Purring away like a good 'un'
All Rads open
3 Way switch on Immersion Tank is Now operating ok (Had to re-solder a connector)
Both Tanks in loft are are correct level (not low, or overflowing)
Both Feed and Output pipes from Boiler remain cold
Grateful for any advice received! Or any other checks to be done.
