Normal level of water in sewage drain pipe

by adburns » Thu May 14, 2020 2:22 pm

Hi,

I recently discovered my outside drain/sewage pipe was backed up. I've had it cleared in the last few days but the company that did it advised that it should have a specific cutting treatment to get rid of the large limescale build up. I'm not disputing that but I've checked the drain over the last couple of days and it seems to be ok, I think?

Does this seem like a normal/acceptable level of water or should it be empty?
